Here are the effects of Tropical Storm Fay!

My first day in Georgia....

Well, I made it through my first day. It was nice, sunny, 85-90 degrees and the humidity was the same as California the past couple weeks. We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast and I had sweet tea - yummy! We drove around looking at different areas, then came back home for a cat nap. We hung around the house (in a jet-lagged fog), went to the grocery store and got food for dinner and snacks. The moving truck will be here tomorrow or Friday with all of our stuff - Woo Hoo!

So adorable...

A couple of months back, Dylan and I went out with Chris to show some houses. We were sitting in the car, waiting for Chris. Dylan had been asking about getting out of his car seat and I kept telling him no. Here is what was said...
Dylan asked, "Mommy, can you do me a favor?"
I replied, "Maybe, what is it?"
Dylan said, "Can you go and pick yourself a blue flower for me?"
I looked out my window and there were beautiful blue flowers growing on the hill. Talk about making my heart melt! He's my little guy!
